Executive Director of the Inter American Press Association (IAPA). Previously, he led the Freedom of Expression portfolio within the Independent Journalism Program at the Open
Society Foundations and served as Program Director at the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ). He is a member of the jury for the King of Spain International Journalism Awards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).
