Flavia Lima has been diversity editor at Brazilian newspaper Folha de S.Paulo since May 2021. She coordinated the publication’s first training program aimed exclusively at Black professionals. She was ombudsman from May 2019 to May 2021. Previously, Lima was an economics reporter for Folha, Valor Econômico and Gazeta Mercantil. She also worked at Bloomberg TV as a producer and reporter, and was website editor for Dinheiro magazine, by Editora Três. She has a law degree from Mackenzie and a social sciences degree from the University of São Paulo (USP).
