Dr. Anya Schiffrin is the director of the technology and media specialization at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a senior lecturer. She received her PHD, from the University of Navarra, after writing a dissertation on the subject of solutions to online mis/disinformation. Her most recent report for the German Marshall Fund is AI Startups and the Fight Against Mis/disinformation Online: An Update.
