Kyser Lough is a Ph.D. student in the School of Journalism at The University of Texas at Austin and a Population Health Scholar with The University of Texas System. His research focuses on visual communication and solutions journalism and he’s presented his work at regional, national and international conferences. His research is published in Journalism Practice, Visual Communication Quarterly and Digital Journalism, and is forthcoming in Journalism and The Agenda Setting Journal. Prior to coming to UT, he spent 10 years in various media roles including photojournalist, reporter, public relations practitioner, adjunct lecturer and college newspaper adviser.
